Mezzanine Funds

The investment objective of our mezzanine funds is to generate both capital appreciation and current income through mezzanine, debt and equity investments while adhering to Apollo’s industry-specialized, value-oriented investment strategy. As of March 31, 2012, we had total assets under management of approximately $4 billion in our mezzanine funds including Apollo Investment Corporation, AP Investment Europe Limited and Apollo Investment Europe II.
